In 1972 Kevin M. Ward, Owner of Step By Step Physical Therapy sustained life threating injuries from an accident. He underwent extensive rehabilitation in which during his recovery it led him to his passion for physical therapy. Years later after graduating from Daemen College with his Physical Therapy degree, he went out to start his journey as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

In 1996 Kevin started one of his current locations at the Warsaw clinic. With his vision to expand , he went on to add 2 more clinics over time. Locations included Akron, Attica and Warsaw. Over the years as the clinics have grown, the Goal approach to rehab has stayed the same.

OWNER
Kevin M Ward is the owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy who established the 3 Step By Step Physical Therapy locations. Kevin graduated from Warsaw High School class of 1979. He went on to graduate from Daemen College with his degree in Physical Therapy in 1988 and his doctorate from Daemen College in 2004. Kevin established his first clinic in 1996 in the Warsaw location and went on to add two more locations.
Now with over 30 years experience in a variety of Health Care settings and clientele his experience ranges from but not limited to:

Michelle Bauer, P.T., D.P.T

Director of the Attica Location
Michelle is a 2014 graduate of Gannon University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Michelle currently runs the Attica location at 120 Prospect Street, Attica, NY 14011.

Office Manager
Shelly is a 1994 graduate in Human Services from Genesee Community College. In 2006 Shelly joined the Step By Step team and has been the office manager since 2010. As the Office manager she will assist you with any of your billing questions you may have or get appropriate authorizations that your insurance or compensation may require.
